SELF-DEFENSE

Seld-defense is a documentary that tells the story of three women who, like so many others, were victims of constant physical and psychological abuse by their partners. Defying the statistics and the fate that befalls most victims, they fight back and kill the men they loved in order to survive. Charged with homicide, these women face judgment from the justice system, from society, and from themselves as they try to rebuild their lives.
